Following your initial consultation, you will receive a Service Proposal which outlines information about type, length, and frequency of services. This proposal will also include detailed information about the associated costs, so you can make informed decisions about care for you or your loved one. My goal is to provide you with a clear understanding of the therapeutic process and financial commitment, ensuring you feel confident and supported as you embark on your journey to improved communication and connection. I am always available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the proposal or billing process.

Payment Structure

Services are offered on a self-pay basis, meaning I do not work with insurance companies for reimbursement or payment. This private pay process offers several advantages, including greater flexibility and control over your therapy and coaching. By eliminating the constraints and restrictions often associated with insurance coverage, I can tailor services more precisely to meet your unique needs and goals.

While I operate on a self-pay basis and do not work directly with insurance companies, I can provide you with an invoice following each session. You may choose to submit this invoice to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. However, I cannot guarantee that submitting an invoice will result in reimbursement, as this is determined by your insurance provider and plan. Regardless of third-party payer outcomes, you will be responsible for providing payment for our services. I am here to support you throughout this process and provide the necessary documentation to facilitate your submission.
